Eammon's Tray porcelain serving tray with Free Shipping in 3 sizes.
Beautiful hand cast trays, perfect for serving or eating...so many uses...available in all colours including FARE teal. This beautiful porcelain tray is perfect for hot or cold servings of anything you fancy and will look amazing on your charcuterie board, alone or paired with other items in my range.
I made the original mould from discarded papier mache food packaging. I effected a brave rescue and transformed it into a prototype and then a mould.
Each beautiful dish is slip cast from the mould with stained liquid porcelain (slip). It is then slowly dried and fired twice, including a glaze firing after I've applied glaze to the top side leaving the outside an unglazed silky and matte finish. I've carefully sanded the unglazed areas at each stage, because I love the feeling of the smooth matte unglazed clay.
It is FOOD, DISHWASHER and MICROWAVE SAFE. They can be used for hot and cold liquids. As all my objects are hand made, each piece has it's own unique character. These dishes are suitable for stacking , and look great as a threesome paired with my beautiful serving platters.
All items are made to order, though I may have the item in stock which means it will ship earlier. Production time will be 1-2 weeks, depending on my firing schedule.
I am also happy to list special orders for baby showers, engagement or bridal registries.
As with all my beautiful objects, each cup is produced with minimal environmental impact incorporating recycling and electric firing. I also pack in cardboard and popcorn (domestically only) which is fully compostable and/or recycled bubble wrap wherever possible.
